A picture is worth a thousand words, so they say.  This graph depicts the general Sacramento areas homes on the market, bought and sold.

The one below portrays the area I live, Curtis Park Sacramento (95818)

    Keith, great looking charts. I need to add something like this to my local real estate appraisal blog. Do you use data from your local MLS for these charts? Just curious.

      Hey Bryan,
      Yes, the data is provided by a tool within our local MLS. It’s a pretty recent addition – a great tool to give clients information, especially when they don’t take my word – ha ha ha, the stats don’t lie.
