    Do you anticipate a flood of new buyers to take advantage of the tax credit? Have you found that the tax credit has actually motivated people to buy?

      The tax credit has definitely motivated people to buy – 3 of my last sales were the case. Now, would they have bought anyway? There is no new flood of new buyers… just ones that are actively looking and want to get into contract by April 30, 2010 (the cut off). I wonder if they will extend the incentive again? There are rumors….
